Recommended for removing burnt-on grease and smoke residues. Excellent for all-purpose cleaning and removes even the most burnt-on food residues. The product is intended for professional use only.

Application: Cleaning agent for convection - steam ovens.

Usage: Shake before use. Hand washing - the oven should be heated or cooled to a temperature of 40-50°C. Apply undiluted cleaning liquid evenly to the surface to be cleaned, close the oven door. Let the product act for a few minutes to dissolve the dirt, then turn on the cooking function at a temperature of 50-60°C (the steam on the walls will make the dirt slide down). The cleaned surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with water. Cleaning the oven equipped with an automatic cleaning system: place the tube in the can, follow the instructions of the device manufacturer. Important: after washing, wipe the door seals thoroughly with a damp cloth.
