The unit’s structure is made of premium AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, ensuring durability, ease of maintenance, and resistance to corrosion. The worktop is especially robust, 2.0 mm thick, providing a reliable foundation for everyday professional use.

Integrated into the cooking surface are two chromium‑plated cast iron open burners — one double‑crowned burner rated at 7.5 kW and one single‑crowned burner rated at 4.5 kW. Both burners are equipped with thermocouples and pilot flames for safety, as well as manual ignition. Each burner has removable pressed drip trays 22 mm deep, which greatly simplify maintenance and cleaning. For one of the burners, a bright enameled or refined cast iron cooking grid is available.

Additionally, there is a functional work area with a drawer underneath for storing tools, ensuring convenient access to utensils during cooking.

The central feature of the unit is a powerful gas lava‑rock grill (800 × 700 mm, 16.0 kW), fitted with a stainless steel grid for grilling meat, designed with a V‑shape to drain off fats. On request, a steel rod grid for grilling fish can be supplied. The grill’s front includes a fat‑runoff channel with a drain hole, leading to a GN 1/3 fat collection tray (65 mm deep) located in the lower compartment. A splashback is present on three sides. High‑efficiency gas burners with dual flames, a gas safety valve, and precise temperature regulation (min/max), combined with a thermocouple and piezoelectric ignition, are all included. The control knobs are constructed of heat‑resistant material.

The entire unit is outfitted with adjustable feet made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring stability on any surface. The package also includes a stainless steel Scotch Brite lid, which serves as protective cover and can function as an additional work surface when cooking is not underway.

This model is built on a closed‑cabinet base with four doors, providing extra storage space and shielding the equipment from external elements.
