GN (GastroNorm) containers are standardized food trays used in nearly every commercial kitchen, buffet, catering setup or storage area. They support streamlined food preparation, storage, and serving by following international sizing norms.
Full-size GN 1/1 – standard tray for hot or cold food; compatible with combi ovens, bain-maries and buffets
GN 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 2/1, 2/3, etc. – ideal for portion control, organizing multiple ingredients or dishes
Perforated trays – for steam circulation and draining (ideal for meat, fish, vegetables)
With lids – for hygiene, storage, or transport
Stainless steel – durable, heat-resistant, dishwasher-safe
Polycarbonate – clear, shockproof and perfect for cold storage
Melamine – stylish and strong, ideal for buffet presentation
