The interior finish is crafted from high-grade AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel sheet, offering excellent corrosion resistance, effortless cleaning, and compliance with strict hygiene standards. The exterior is clad in a grey "plasteel" sheet that combines mechanical strength with a modern, aesthetic appearance, ideal for high‑usage environments.
Designed for trolleys with 600 × 800 mm trays, the unit ensures efficient product flow and logistics. Although trolleys are not included, the cabinet is supplied with a ramp for easy trolley access and features integrated LED lighting to enhance visibility and usability during operations.
With 80 mm of thermal insulation, it delivers high energy efficiency and stable internal temperatures. The floor is reinforced with stainless steel and has an additional 60 mm insulation layer for enhanced durability under heavy use.
The cooling system employs "Gentle" technology with indirect, soft ventilation, protecting products from direct cold drafts while preserving structure, moisture, and quality. Fan speeds can be precisely adjusted at each stage to suit production needs.
Control is via a 7-inch touchscreen with a multifunctional, multilingual interface, making operation intuitive for staff at all levels. Integrated Wi‑Fi monitoring and a USB port support remote data management and logging.
Equipped with a steam generator to maintain optimal humidity during fermentation, it improves the quality of dough-based products and prevents drying. The condensing unit is remotely installed, optimizing space and simplifying maintenance.
Rated for climate class 5, the unit operates reliably at ambient temperatures up to +40 °C, ensuring consistent performance even in the most demanding production conditions.
