Versatile Gas WOK Cooking Station with Safety Features
This professional range is specifically designed for the needs of oriental cuisine, delivering efficient and uniform cooking thanks to vertical flame technology. The vertical flame heats the wok evenly from all sides, enabling high temperatures in a short time and ensuring complete, rapid cooking—ideal for wok‑style dishes.
The unit offers a choice of nine different burner types, suited to various power requirements:
Cast iron atmospheric burners with vertical flame (C – 9.5 kW, T – 14.0 kW, S – 21.0 kW) fitted with gas safety valves, pilot flame, and thermocouple.
Pre‑mixed infrared radiant burner (B – 23.0 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz) with electronic flame control and two power levels (23.0 kW and 18.0 kW).
All burners are removable, which greatly simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
The range’s body is made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, providing strength, corrosion resistance, and longevity even in a demanding professional environment. The cooking surface is 2.5 mm thick and reinforced, equipped with rails and a cleaning system—rear row water sprayers, a water tap, and a drainage channel—that significantly ease the cleaning of the surface after use.
The design is suited for wall installation, and beneath each burner there are removable drip trays that collect fats and liquids during cooking.
Included accessories:
Wok support rings (CERCHIO/CC) in black enameled cast iron, compatible with C, T, S, and B burner types.
Round grids (GRIGLIA/CC) also in black enameled cast iron, for C, T, and S burners.
Stability is assured by adjustable legs made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, allowing easy height adjustment to suit working conditions.
The unit is certified to CE and IMQ safety and quality standards, making it a reliable choice for professional use in restaurants, especially in specialized Asian kitchens.
