The HPCD island hood with air supply is a high-performance solution designed for professional kitchens with intensive frying, grilling and heat processing. The air injection stabilises the thermal plume and directs vapour and grease particles towards the filter bank. This significantly improves capture efficiency and reduces air dispersal above the cooking zone.
The hood is manufactured from food-grade stainless steel and features cyclonic filters that capture up to 95 percent of grease particles. It is available in multiple lengths and widths, with different filter quantities and airflow rates up to 5400 m³/h, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts and equipment lines.
IP65 LED lighting ensures excellent visibility during operation. Optional features include removable grease trays, adjustable dampers and matching aesthetic cover panels.
