Description

This gas bratt pan is made entirely of durable, high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity, high hygiene standards, and easy maintenance. The bottom of the vessel is especially thick — 12.0 mm — guaranteeing excellent heat distribution and efficient energy consumption.

The pan is equipped with a manual tilting mechanism, allowing easy and safe control of the cooking process. Water filling is done through a faucet positioned at the top with a conveniently accessible spout, making water supply quick and practical. The lid and its hinge are made from the same high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with an ergonomic handle for comfortable use. Lid balancing in all positions is ensured by a special tension spring system, reducing the effort required and increasing operational safety.

Heating is provided by a single high-quality steel burner, which guarantees uniform temperature distribution on the pan’s bottom, thereby ensuring quality and even cooking. Gas supply is regulated by a precise valve, and temperature control is performed by a thermostat, allowing flexible heat adjustment according to specific cooking needs.

A special safety feature operates during the tilting phase — the main burner flame automatically goes out while the pilot flame remains lit. When the pan is returned to the initial cooking position, the main burner reignites automatically, ensuring continuous and safe operation.

Stability and convenient installation are ensured by height-adjustable feet, also made from AISI 304 stainless steel, making the appliance suitable for various professional kitchen conditions.
