Professional Indirect Heating Cooking Tank - 102/113L
Professional indirect‑heating cooking tank designed for use in the food industry and professional kitchens where safe, efficient, and uniform thermal processing is required, including for acidic and aggressive products. The bottom of the tank is made of acid‑resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, providing long‑term resistance to chemical attack. The walls are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, which is easy to maintain and suitable for contact with food.
The tank is equipped with a balanced lid made of AISI 304 steel and a heat‑resistant (athermic) handle, allowing safe opening and closing even at high temperatures. The supporting structure is made of stainless steel, ensuring maximum stability through regular heavy use.
Thermal insulation is guaranteed by thick fiberglass panels, reducing heat losses and improving energy efficiency. The external casing, finished with a fine satin texture, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel — giving the unit a professional appearance and making cleaning easier.
Water inflow into the tank is provided via a hot/cold water tap and an adjustable spout, allowing precise control of water supply. Drainage is via a front chromed brass cock fitted with a 2‑inch insulated handle — convenient and safe to use also with hot liquids.
The unit is equipped with an indirect heating system, where heat is transferred to the product via an intermediate medium (for example water or steam), providing gentle, uniform, and non‑scorching heating, which is especially important for sensitive products.
Safety is ensured by a manually resettable thermostat, which automatically blocks the heating function in case of overheating. Heating is performed by high‑performance tubular burners made of stainless steel, which provide efficient and uniform heat distribution throughout the tank volume.
Ignition is by piezo system and pilot flame, providing safe and rapid startup. The unit is also equipped with a minimum/maximum temperature control valve linked to a thermocouple safety system, ensuring accurate temperature regulation and safe operation.
To accommodate different surface levels, the tank features adjustable feet made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
