The device is equipped with 50 mm thick thermal insulation that helps maintain stable temperatures and ensures high energy efficiency by reducing heat loss. The technical compartment is located on the right side, allowing easy access for maintenance and servicing.
The refrigeration system is HSS “Helped Static System” — an innovative technology that provides uniform and efficient cooling, keeping products in optimal condition. Control is operated via a modern 5-inch touchscreen offering a multifunctional and multilingual interface, making the device easy and intuitive to use.
The device includes an electronic humidity sensor that precisely controls the humidity level inside, ensuring optimal product preservation. It also offers a backing delay function, which allows regulation and control of the fermentation process, adapting it to specific needs.
Fan speed is adjustable at all stages, providing optimal air circulation and even temperature distribution. The automatic defrost system with heating elements not only keeps the device clean and operational but also prevents condensate water buildup thanks to automatic condensate drainage.
Inside, the device features tray runners spaced 75 mm apart, ensuring convenient and secure tray placement. The unit meets climatic class 5 standards, guaranteeing reliable operation even at ambient temperatures up to +40 °C, making it suitable for various professional working conditions.
