Description

The professional cooking surface is equipped with a special chromium-plated steel cooking plate, 15 mm thick. This surface offers excellent thermal conductivity and a low radiation level, allowing for efficient energy use and minimizing unnecessary heat dispersion in the kitchen. This ensures both user comfort and significant energy savings, which is particularly important in high-demand professional environments. An additional benefit is the ease of cleaning — thanks to the chromium coating, daily maintenance is simplified and high hygiene standards are maintained.

A perimeter groove with two drain holes is integrated around the cooking plate, efficiently directing liquids and fats into a removable drip tray, making cleaning easy and effective, even during intensive cooking operations.

Steel heating element blocks mounted directly under the plate ensure uniform heat distribution across the entire surface. Each heating element operates at 5.4 kW (400V 3N~) and is equipped with a switch and thermostat for temperature adjustment from 0 to 240°C. The system also includes a manual-reset safety thermostat, protecting the equipment from overheating and ensuring safe operation.

The heat-resistant control knobs provide safe and comfortable operation, even during prolonged use. The unit features adjustable stainless steel legs, allowing for height customization according to work surface requirements and providing excellent stability on any floor.
