Description

The grilling surface is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, which ensures good thermal conductivity and uniform heat distribution. It features a small protective edge on all four sides, which helps prevent the leakage of fats and liquids. An integrated opening and removable drip‑tray allow residues to be drained easily and enable quick, convenient cleaning.

At the rear of the unit there is a smoke outlet that helps reduce steam and smoke accumulation in the working area — crucial in high‑throughput professional kitchens.

The grill is equipped with two high‑efficiency gas burners constructed with triple flame tubes, allowing two independent heating zones. Each burner includes a safety gas valve, thermocouple, piezoelectric ignition, and precise temperature regulation from minimum to maximum power. This configuration ensures rapid heating, reliable operation, and high cooking quality.

Control knobs are made from a heat‑resistant material using “Cool‑Grip” technology, protecting the user from burns and ensuring safe operation even during extended use. Adjustable legs of AISI 304 stainless steel allow for easy height adjustment of the unit and provide stability in any working environment.
