This professional griddle is a high-quality cooking appliance made entirely of durable AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, as well as easy maintenance and a long service life in demanding professional kitchen environments.

The work surface features a rounded design with an integrated rear flue chimney, which helps maintain cleanliness in the workspace and improves ventilation by effectively extracting steam and smoke during cooking. The grill is equipped with a high-quality smooth cooking plate made of bright, hard chrome with a thickness of 15 mm.

Side splashguards made of AISI 304 stainless steel help keep the workspace clean by protecting surrounding surfaces from grease and food residues. A front grease drainage system with a drain hole and a removable fat collection drawer makes cleaning and daily maintenance significantly easier, making this appliance especially practical for intensive use.

The power is precisely controlled by a thermostat switch, allowing the working temperature to be set between 100°C and 240°C. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a manually resettable safety thermostat to prevent overheating, ensuring safe operation even under prolonged use.

The control knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant material with "cool-grip" technology, providing user safety and comfort. Thanks to its robust construction, thoughtful functionality, and high working efficiency, this griddle is an excellent solution for professional kitchens that value quality, safety, and convenience.
