Description

This professional electric griddle is designed to deliver high performance, safety, and easy maintenance in demanding kitchen environments. The cooking surface is rounded and made of durable AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring a high level of hygiene, corrosion resistance, and longevity. A rear-mounted flue effectively extracts steam and heat, improving working comfort.

The heating surface is a 15 mm thick smooth mild steel plate, providing even heat distribution suitable for processing various products. Stainless steel splashguards protect the surroundings from grease and spillover, while a front grease channel with a drainage hole and collection drawer ensures convenient grease removal and easy cleaning.

Temperature is controlled via a switch-thermostat, adjustable from 100 °C to 240 °C, and includes a manual reset safety thermostat to prevent overheating. Cool-grip handles and knobs are made of heat-resistant material for safe and comfortable use. Designed for countertop installation, the unit is equipped with sturdy legs, making it ideal for professional kitchens with limited space.
