This professional electric fryer is carefully engineered to deliver exceptional performance, safety, and easy maintenance for intensive daily use in commercial catering operations. It features a 7-liter tank crafted from robust AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel, pressed as a single piece of 1.5 mm thickness for structural rigidity and simplified cleaning. The top is formed with a smooth, rounded indentation that allows oil to expand safely, preventing overflow during cooking and basket handling.
A practical chrome–brass oil drain tap is conveniently located at the front for effortless oil disposal and daily cleaning. Heating is achieved through high-efficiency stainless steel heating elements that can be lifted and rotated, greatly simplifying access for tank cleaning. Oil temperature is precisely controlled by an electric thermostat, powering the heating elements up to a maximum of 190 °C. A safety thermostat automatically cuts power if the oil temperature surpasses 230 °C. Both the operational and safety thermostat sensors are located inside the heating elements and are protected against accidental impacts.
The control panel includes two indicator lights—orange to show power status and green to signal the heating elements are active—keeping users informed about the fryer’s operating state. Equipped with sturdy legs for countertop installation, this fryer ensures reliable integration into any professional kitchen setup.
