Millennial Bakery&Pastry series pastry oven Tecnoeka MKF 4642 TS is intended for the preparation of products from yeast dough and small pastries in public catering establishments and production workshops, whose activity is related to the production of gastronomic products. The device allows you to cook several dishes at the same time without mixing their smells and tastes.

The device is equipped with a TFT 7" color touch-sensitive display in the size of 800x480 mm with the possibility of control in 42 languages.

The delivery includes a multi-point temperature probe, a car wash system and removable stainless steel controls.
