The cooking surface is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.5 mm. This material is especially resistant to corrosion, mechanical damage, and high temperatures, ensuring long-term durability. The surface is additionally reinforced with a welded pipe structure, which increases overall stability and durability even under intensive use.

The unit is equipped with a runner system and an automatic cleaning mechanism. This function allows the work surface to be kept clean with minimal effort, saving time and resources in the kitchen.

The cooking surface includes a built-in water tap (500x700 h mm). A 200 mm high rear splashback is integrated, effectively protecting the walls from grease, steam, and dirt.

The cooking top uses atmospheric burners, and users can choose from several power options and various WOK ring diameters to suit specific cooking needs:

Type C – 9.5 kW

Type T – 14.0 kW

Type S – 21.0 kW

Type G – 7.5 kW

Type M – 4.5 kW

Type P – 3.0 kW

Such configurations allow the cooking top to be adapted for both high-speed frying and delicate dishes requiring precise temperature control. The different WOK ring sizes enable the use of cookware with various capacities, making this model versatile and suitable for a wide range of dishes.
