This high-performance blast freezer is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for intensive use in professional kitchens and food processing facilities. The internal capacity is designed to accommodate 6 GN 2/1 or 600×800 mm trolleys, allowing large volumes of food to be processed simultaneously.
The unit's construction includes 100 mm thick thermal insulation, which provides excellent energy efficiency and a consistent chilling or freezing process. The reinforced floor with a stainless steel surface increases resistance to mechanical wear. The package includes two 110 cm stainless steel ramps for easy trolley access, although the trolleys themselves are not included. The unit is supplied disassembled, making installation easier even in confined spaces.
The control system is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen offering a multifunctional and multilingual interface, making operation intuitive and adaptable to user needs. Both hard and soft chilling modes can be selected, either time-based or with the help of a core probe, allowing precise temperature control at the product’s core. Fan speed can be adjusted throughout all chilling and freezing phases, ensuring even airflow and optimal results. Additional specialized functions include continuous cycle, fish sanitizing cycle, pre-chilling, drying mode, and an internal LED light for enhanced visibility in the work area.
The unit includes a core temperature probe and a USB port for data export, as well as a built-in Wi-Fi monitoring system that allows remote supervision of operations. Automatic defrosting using hot gas significantly simplifies maintenance and supports long-term optimal performance. Compliance with climate class 5 guarantees reliable operation even in high ambient temperatures up to +40 °C, ensuring stable and efficient performance under demanding working conditions.
