The cooling system of the counter is static, providing even and safe cold distribution to keep products fresh and of high quality. The device is equipped with digital control, allowing precise and easy temperature and function management for effective and reliable operation. The automatic defrost system operates with a pause function, preventing ice buildup and improving cooling efficiency.
The unit features a manual water evaporation tray for condensate drainage, simplifying maintenance and keeping the device clean. The technical compartment is located on the right side, providing easy access for servicing.
The refrigerated base includes 3 GN 1/1 doors that serve as additional storage space for ingredients requiring low temperature. An integrated GN refrigerated display cabinet with a straight glass shelf offers easy access to products and effective presentation to customers. Since GN trays are not included, the equipment can be customized according to specific needs.
