Description

The appliance’s structure is entirely made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity, resistance to corrosion, and easy maintenance even under heavy use.

The unit is equipped with two high‑efficiency double‑coil heating elements, providing fast and uniform heat-up. Each element features dual ignition and a three‑level power regulation mode:

Position: holding temperature with both coils operating at minimum power;
Position: only the internal coil operates at maximum power;
Position: both coils operate at maximum power.

The grill includes a pull‑out trolley whose height can be adjusted across six levels, allowing an ideal distance between the food and the heat source. The package includes durable, easily removable grills made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which provide excellent thermal conduction.

Fats and liquids are collected in a removable tray mounted on rails and can be removed simultaneously with the grill grids, which simplifies the cleaning process. At the bottom of the grill chamber there are two removable water pans that help capture grease and reduce smoke during cooking. For added convenience, there is a drain hole in the bottom of the grill, which allows simple and quick cleaning after use.
