The appliance's tank is made of top-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and is formed as a single-piece pressing with rounded edges. This design ensures both durability and easy, hygienic cleaning.

Heating is provided by high-efficiency stainless steel heating elements, which are housed in a sheath and fixed with a special mechanism that allows them to be easily rotated to facilitate tank cleaning. The oil temperature is controlled by a high-precision electric thermostat that regulates the operation of the heating elements via an electric switch.

The maximum operating temperature is set at 190°C, while a safety thermostat automatically interrupts the power supply in case of a fault causing the oil temperature to exceed 230°C. Both the working and safety thermostat sensors are placed directly inside the heating elements and are carefully protected against mechanical damage.

The control panel is equipped with two indicator lights: an orange one indicating the appliance is turned on, and a green one signaling power to the heating elements. The cabinet door is made of steel and equipped with a magnetic lock, while the adjustable legs are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring stability and adaptability to different working conditions.
