Description

High‑quality stainless steel electric tilting pan, completely made of AISI 304 steel, providing excellent durability, hygiene, and long‑lasting use in professional kitchens and food production. The tank bottom has a thickness of 12 mm, ensuring even heat distribution and preventing burning even under intensive use.

The unit is equipped with a manual tilt mechanism, allowing easy and safe draining of the cooked product, providing precise control without effort.

Water supply is provided via a tap spout mounted on the top, intended for convenient and efficient filling of the tank.

The lid and hinge, as well as the handle, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which guarantees durability and longevity. The lid is balanced by a tension spring, allowing it to be held in any position — improving ergonomics and safety during operation.

Heating is achieved using armored heating elements made of the Incoloy 800 alloy, which excel in high temperature resistance and provide uniform heat distribution across the bottom of the tank, improving cooking quality and energy efficiency.

Temperature regulation is done via a precise thermostat, while a safety thermostat automatically shuts off the unit in case of anomalous operation, protecting both the user and the equipment.

The electric tilting pan is equipped with adjustable feet, also made of AISI 304 stainless steel, providing stability on various surfaces and adaptability to the working environment.
