Portable Hot Food Holding Unit

This professional heating unit is designed to keep food warm using a dry heat system with upper and lower heating elements that can be controlled independently, providing maximum temperature control. This technology ensures that the desired temperature is always maintained.

The upper part features a high-quality ceramic resistance, while the lower part has an armored resistance.

The temperature range from +30 to +60 ºC allows precise adjustment of the heat level for different types of food – from snacks, side dishes, and pastries to hot main courses. The built-in high-power LED lighting makes the food look more visually appealing during serving.

The unit has a foldable structure with an articulated arm, ensuring easy transport and installation anywhere – both indoors and outdoors. The set includes two GN 1/1 x 65 mm trays.
