Dishwashers professional

Front-loading professional dishwashers – reliable performance and efficiency for daily use

Front-loading dishwashers are essential in professional kitchens where regular and fast dishwashing is a must. Designed for intensive use, these machines ensure top hygiene standards, consistent washing quality, and efficient water and energy use.

Washing cycles and durations
Modern models offer several programmable cycles:

  • Short cycle (60–90 seconds): for lightly soiled dishes

  • Standard cycle (120–180 seconds): suitable for everyday needs

  • Intensive cycle (up to 240 seconds): ideal for heavily soiled items or dried food residue

Each cycle includes pre-rinse, washing with hot water (55–65 °C), high-temperature rinsing (up to 85–90 °C), and in some models, active drying.

Washing and rinsing chemicals
Professional-grade detergents are crucial for optimal results:

  • Alkaline detergents: remove grease, proteins, and stubborn dirt

  • Rinse aids: prevent water spots and speed up drying

  • Water softeners: protect the machine from scale buildup and prolong its lifespan

All detergents offered by BHS are food-safe and meet EU and HACCP standards.

Installation and maintenance
Front-loading dishwashers integrate easily under countertops or on stands. They connect to plumbing and electricity with ease. Routine cleaning of filters, regular checks of dosing pumps, and daily internal rinsing keep the machine running reliably.
