Hot showcase SANTIAGO B - BEMAR is designed for short-term storage of hot dishes in gastronorm containers before serving to the customer. Food warmer showcases are the main equipment of most catering establishments. The range of water temperature regulation in the bath chamber is from +30ºС to +90ºС. SANTIAGO B is a modern bain–marie. The GN containers are placed above a water bath heated by electric heaters located below the water bath. SANTIAGO B also has the ability to heat food using infrared heaters located in the top lamp. The SANTIAGO hot showcase is also equipped with a mechanical temperature control and front glass blower. For more information, please contact the BHS.LV manager.
