Description

The loading hoppers allow the dough blocks to be unloaded into the divider bottom both through a triangular plate system (of different quantities thanks to different length plates and different types of dough) and through a guillotine cutting system. The electric machine is equipped with two depth sensors, the first one shows if additional dough needs to be added to the divider. The second, mounted on the hopper, indicates with an alarm when the tank is almost empty.

The following options are available: funnel with Teflon lining; triangular plate lubrication system; funnel oil spray system, especially suitable for liquid or sticky dough. There are also special hoppers for semi-dry or granulated mixtures, which can be integrated on request with an okroshka system designed mainly for the production of biscuits. Special attention was paid to the choice of materials for the parts that come into contact with the dough, they are made of polyurethane or stainless steel. become.
