ensure perfect rolling of bread rolls of different formats. Even in case of soft dough, they don’t alter or distort the final shape. All the rounder machines are equipped with aluminium channels with non-stick coating, adjustable flour duster and rotating cone treated with non-toxic nickel or Teflon. 

A special arrangement of the two conveyor belts causes the seal of dough to face down when entering in the second cone.
