HNPA – Professional Exhaust Hood with Cyclonic Filtration Technology
Baltic HoReCa Solutions offers top-quality HNPA exhaust hoods equipped with cyclonic grease filters providing up to 95% efficiency in grease particle removal and ensuring a cleaner, safer kitchen environment. These hoods are developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and tested at Kaunas University of Technology and FORCE TECHNOLOGY (Denmark) laboratories, confirming their performance and safety.
Cyclonic Working Principle
The cyclonic filter uses centrifugal force to separate grease particles from the air. As the air flows through the filter, heavier grease particles adhere to the filter walls, providing high efficiency and reducing the need for duct cleaning.
Validated Performance and Fire Safety
Tests prove that HNPA cyclonic filters are more than twice as effective as standard baffle filters. Made entirely from 0.8–1.0 mm stainless steel, they are dishwasher-safe and feature a fireproof design that prevents grease accumulation and ignition.
Energy-Efficient Air Jet System
Optional Air Jet system increases the capture efficiency by up to 20%, lowering the exhaust airflow and energy consumption. The fresh air supply system enhances comfort by delivering clean air directly to the work zone.
