At its core are Novameta cyclonic grease filters, which use centrifugal force to remove up to 95% of grease particlesfrom the air. Made from 0.8–1.0 mm stainless steel, the filters are fireproof and dishwasher-safe, ensuring long service life and easy maintenance. CFD testing in cooperation with FORCE Technology (Denmark) and KTU (Lithuania)guarantees high aerodynamic efficiency and reliable operation.
