Description

The entire supporting structure of the device is made of industrial-grade stainless steel, providing high resistance to heat, moisture, and corrosion. This material is ideal for professional kitchens where durability, easy maintenance, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards are essential. The construction is stable and reliable even under intensive use.

The appliance is equipped with a powerful radiant burner that ensures even heat radiation toward the food being grilled. This type of burner is perfect for roasting or browning meat, vegetables, or other products. A safety valve automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame fails to ignite or goes out, ensuring safe operation.

Each grill spit is equipped with its own independent motor reducer, allowing each spit to be operated separately, with adjustable rotation speed or the option to stop rotation entirely. This feature improves energy efficiency, reduces wear, and guarantees even cooking from all sides, preventing burning.

The built-in internal LED lighting evenly illuminates the grilling area, providing a clear view of the cooking process so the user can monitor the food’s status without interrupting the work or opening the door. This lighting is especially useful in low-light environments or during evening hours.

The device comes with three high-quality stainless steel spits—two standard and one additional. These spits are suitable for cooking a variety of products: from kebabs and meat rolls to sweet treats like Kurtoskalacs. Stainless steel does not affect the food’s flavor, is easy to clean, and resistant to deformation at high temperatures.
