  • The professional salamander grill is equipped with 3 Incoloy armoured heating elements. After 15 minutes of preheating time, this electric salamander can cook or grill food all day long. The armoured heating elements ensure a stabilized heating temperature at 400 ° C.
  • The electric salamander grill SEM800B can defrost, heat, brown, glaze, grill. 
  • The commutator allows independent control of the 3 heating zones, it`s open on 3 sides to accept dishes of any size.
  • The movable top of the salamander grill SEM800B has a precise height adjustment system to bring the right heat to the dish without any effort! 
  • This professional electric salamander is equipped with a brick-mounted counterweight and a patented ball-bearing system to facilitate the up and down of the roof to the nearest millimeter.
  • It is easy to clean: the grid and the lower tray are completely removable. The Incoloy heating elements can be wiped with a soft cloth once the electric salamander is turned off and cooled down.
  • Features: 3 sets of Incoloy heating elements, commutator with 4 positions, grid and bottom tray.
