The electric grill surface PSR900E has a 10 mm thick decarbonised steel plate, which is highly rated for frying food products and is widely used in traditional catering and food- trucks.
After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, which allows for uniform cooking of various products.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelets.
Thanks to the independent control of the two cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill a meat at 200°C on one side, to simmer vegetables at 160°C and to keep warm the 3rd part of the plate at 100°C.
Juices and fats are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
after intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool down the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
