The PSI600E electric grill has a 4mm thick stainless steel plate, which is highly appreciated for frying food and is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
After 8 minutes of preheating, the stainless steel plate reaches an even temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating elements.
Each heating element under the enamel plate has a power of 1.75 kW, i.e. a total of 3.5 kW. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the PSI600E ensures even cooking without heat loss at the edges.
The stainless steel plate is sufficiently durable and thick, and also changes its color the first time it is heated.
It is possible to use metal spatulas without changing the plate.
On this professional grill plate, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
Thanks to the independent control of the two cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, meat can be grilled at 200°C on one side and vegetables stewed at 160°C on the other.
The enamel coating makes it very easy to use and clean: it is possible to use metal spatulas without changing the plate.
The juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and after removing the professional grid plate, the still hot cooking plate can be cooled with cold water or a few ice cubes.
