TIRAMISU MARTINI Cocktail

There are several recipes that highlight the delicious flavours of the famous Italian dessert. This one is particular appealing and generous.

Ingredients:

• 30ml spiced rum
• 30ml Puerto Rican white rum
• 10ml coffee ligueur
• 5ml vanilla liqueur
• 2ml 1883 Tiramisu syrup

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with crushed speculoos biscuit and coffee beans.
