The gas grill PSR900G has a 10mm thick decarbonised steel plate, which is highly rated for grilling food, it is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
The gas grill PSR900G allows you to cook a wide variety of products at an even temperature, is equipped with a triple piezo ignition and 3 adjustment buttons, 3 cooking zones.
After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to the 3 gas burners. These star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate, thanks to the power of the burners, the gas grill PSR900G ensures uniform cooking without heat loss to the edges.
It is possible to grill all kinds of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions, as well as fried eggs, omelettes.
Thanks to the independent control of the 3 cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on high flame on one side, simmer vegetables at a lower temperature (low flame position) and keep part 3 warm.
The PSR900G offers unmatched safety, equipped with 3 safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and disconnection, it is possible to cool the still hot grill surface with cold water or a few ice cubes.
