SEM600B: the ideal professional salamander for continuous use!
The professional salamander SEM600B is equipped with 2 Incoloy resistance modules. After a 15-minute preheating period, this electric salamander can cook or bake food without interruption throughout the day. The Incoloy resistance modules guarantee a heating temperature stabilized at 400°C.
The electric salamander SEM600B with a movable top surface allows you to defrost, reheat, brown, glaze, brown, grill a variety of foods, as well as use dishes or plates of all sizes.
The switch allows you to independently control the 2 heating zones.
The movable top surface of the SEM600B salamander precisely adapts to the height of the dish without effort, it is equipped with a counterweight mounted in the bricks and a patented ball bearing system to facilitate the raising and lowering of the top surface to the nearest millimeter.
