Convection oven Tecnoeka MKF 1021 S series Millennial Smart Bakery & Pastry is intended for the preparation of a wide range of dishes, as well as the baking of bakery and confectionery products in public catering and trade establishments and in production shops whose activities are connected with the production of gourmet goods. The model is equipped with an electromechanical control panel and height-adjustable legs. The camera is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
