Created after Bakeoff-s 30-year-long experience, Rotor E2 *electrical version( is the smallest one in the ROTORBAKE family, and still holds features and technical qualities from the bigger models: the slow internal tray rotation makes it ideal for delicate patisserie productions, guaranteeing a perfect consistency and baking gentleness. .

The 10-tray rotation ovens are extremely flexible to any production need and can be combined with leavening machine or tray- holder boards.
