Description

Hot cabinet in AISI 304 stainless steel on castors with one door and double insulated walls.
They can store and maintain GN-pans, trays or baking tins in size 1 GN 1/1.
10 “C-shaped” inner guides.
Dry-heating with heating element placed inside the cabinet, temperature controlled by digital thermostat with lighting switch.
Equipped with doors with thermic gasket, with 2 practical full-height functional pushing-handles, 4 non-marking bumpers and 4 swiveling castors Ø 125mm, 2 with brakes.
GN pans not included.
Suitable to meet all space requirements thanks to their reduced sizes: from the use in the kitchen, the transport to external locations or the storage in small spaces.
