Description

The WD100 heated display cabinet can be easily installed on a tabletop in a café, bakery or tea shop. Its very compact size allows it to be placed on countertops in catering establishments and restaurants.
The heated display cabinet is often used as a “croissant warmer” for breakfast or lunch snacks. It keeps baked goods, delicatessens, snacks, individually served quiche or pizza slices warm (20°C - 90°C).
The water box allows you to regulate the humidity of the display cabinet so that sweet pastries and delicacies are juicy and tasty.
This heated showcase display can accommodate a Gastronorm tray GN 1/1.
All front and rear doors are liftable, which makes it easier to select products and serve guests. Therefore, the counter display can be used for self-service purposes.
The locking system can be used to block the openings on the customer side if the waiter wants to serve the customer directly.
The stainless steel bottom plate, water tank and glass shelf are completely removable and dishwasher safe.
Equipment: thermostat (20-90°C), shelf, water tray, switch and lighting. Supplied without GN tray.
