BLACKCURRANT ICE TEA Cocktail

A simple, delicious recipe for youngsters and grown-ups.

Ingredients:

  • 20ml 1883 Blackcurrant syrup
  • 10ml grapefruit juice
  • 150ml Earl Grey tea

Instructions:

Infuse the tea and leave to cool. Fill a tumbler with ice and add all the ingredients, then stir to chill and obtain an even consistency. Garnish with a grapefruit slice (or some peel), blackcurrants and a mint sprig, and sprinkle with icing sugar (the mixture can also be prepared in advance, in a carafe).
