Thermic trolley for the distribution of meals in food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel divided into 2 practical compartments: one neutral, dedicated to the transport of pre-packaged menu trays, and the second one in GN 1/1 size for heating and maintaining ready portions. The thermic break between the two sides is made of technical material that ensure grater thermic efficency and a better insulation between them. The internal guides of both compartments are completely removable and washable and the smooth internal walls allow an easy and complete cleaning. The trolley is equipped with 4 solid push handles in AISI 304 stainless steel tube, two doors opening to 270° and a digital thermostat with HACCP recording. 4 castors in high resistance steel, 2 with brake, 4 non-marking bumpers and a 5th amortized wheel as a standard. Castors are NSF certified (required for food safety and healthcare -related sectors)
