Heated display case KENTUCKY HOT 2GN self-service

Hot showcases Kentucky HOT are equipped with a heater located above an axial fan (convection system) and a water reservoir that provides moderate air humidification throughout the chamber. Thanks to this technical solution, the entire chamber has the same, stable temperature and humidity. The washing temperature can be set using the mechanical thermostat located on the back. The display case is equipped with a removable grid, in the upper part of the display case there is a fluorescent (luminescent) bulb.
