The electric grill PSF400E has an iron (cast iron) plate, which is highly rated for frying food, it is widely used in traditional cooking due to its thermal properties.
After 15-20 minutes of preheating, thanks to the Incoloy heating element, the cast iron plate reaches a uniform temperature over the entire cooking surface, thanks to the Incoloy heating element. Both oil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the cast iron plate.
Thanks to the power of the heating element (3 kW), the grill surface PSF400E ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
