Front control panel with reference switches and icons. A shelf designed for any type of container, height and depth adjustable. The mixer stops when the lid is opened, controlled by a certified safety control unit. Low water consumption due to high exchange capacitors with large copper area. Low power absorption. All parts in contact with the mixer or its composition are made of stainless steel and non-toxic material. They are all easily accessible and removable for cleaning.
Allows production of up to 14 liters of ice cream in one work cycle and 100 liters/hour. It is possible to choose the type of cooling: air cooling, water cooling or air-water cooling.
